Sunil is a Founding member & Partner of Maxima Ventures LLP, a Wealth and Investment advisory based out of Mumbai and Nashik. In his professional journey spanning 20 years he has gained significant insights into varied sectors including FMCG, Banking, NBFCs, Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc. Amongst others, he has worked with industry leaders like HDFC Bank. Previously, he has worked with Reliance Commercial Finance heading its Digital Commerce Division nationally.
Sunil holds a PGDBA in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune.

Sunil’s zeal for personal finance has driven him into his maiden entrepreneurial venture. He has analytical skills par excellence. A constant learner with an unambiguous solution oriented approach, makes him a go-to person for wealth and investment related advice. To many he is a friend, guide and philosopher when it to life situations.

He is also a professional singer & a hobbyist wildlife photographer. He is an avid reader & loves to travel, when at leisure.

Pallavi is a Founding Member & Partner of Maxima Ventures LLP, a Wealth and Investment advisory based out of Mumbai and Nashik. In her professional journey spanning 13 years, she has worked as a Financial professional in various capacities. In her last corporate role, Pallavi was responsible for end-to-end functioning of the Finance department as Head of the department.
Pallavi is a commerce graduate and & also holds a PGDM in Computer Management.

She has been active in the financial products distribution for about 5 years now. Having gained significant insights in Mutual Funds & Insurance business, Pallavi has joined hands in founding Maxima to achieve her dream of creating a multi-dimensional & customer centric organisation.

Pallavi’s eye for details and process oriented approach makes her the most dependable pillar of the organisation. Moreover, her positive attitude and problem solving skills make her a people person.

At her leisure, she loves to travel and explore new places & cultures. Also, she enjoys listening to music. She is especially fan of old bollywood and retro music.

Ninad is a Founding member Maxima Ventures LLP, a Wealth and Investment advisory based out of Mumbai and Nashik. His professional journey began nearly two decades ago. Interestingly, it spans over functions such as sales, sales promotions, R&R and product development. Working with companies in diverse industries has helped in many ways. It has added a new perspective towards the market each time and sharpened his skills to better understand the needs of the customers. To name a few, he had been associated with Alfaa, Camlin, Kotak Life, etc.

He has played a key role in managing different channels in Kotak Life and has handled Agency Channels, Banks Channels, Brokers, etc. In his last assignment with Kotak Life Insurance, he was leading a team as Campaign Manager.

Ninad holds an MBA in Marketing from Pune University.

Ninad’s attitude of challenging himself has motivated him to move across verticals and excel in his role. To be successful in each role, he has acquired new skills sets. Ninad feels that qualities such as honesty and integrity have helped him succeed in life. With the same qualities, he began his entrepreneurial journey in 2017 with Maxima Ventures LLP.

Ninad is an ace runner and has been a finisher of many marathons. He is also a fitness enthusiast.
